Tattoo Shots
One thing I have learned in doing maternity portraits is that lots of people have lots of tattoos of which they are very proud and they like to have them photographed. Should someone need to be expecting to have his or her tattoos photographed? I don't think so.
My generation was not as into tattoos as today's young people, so it took me a little while to realize this was body art and that a lot of the tattoos that I was seeing had a lot of meaning to their owners. I find a lot of the explanations fascinating.
Here is the deal for tattoos. You do need an appointment, and we do need at least to talk on the phone first, so I know what you have in mind. And here we are talking just the tats, not portraits or headshots. That's a different ballgame, and you would need a different kind of appointment.
Albuquerque Portraits has made it very easy for you to schedule and pay for your tattoo images online.
The charge for each tattoo is $25.00 for black and white (recommended for most tattoos), $35.00 for color. For that you get one image (.jpg file) at high resolution for printing 4x6 prints, and the same image sized for web use (e-mail, Facebook, MySpace, that sort of thing).
You may choose to have one tattoo photographed, or ten. The charge is $25 for black and white/$35 for color, per tattoo, payable in advance.
Payment may be by cash, check, money order, or PayPal, and is due when you book a tat session. Gross receipts tax is added to all orders.
This brightly colored tattoo is "one tattoo" in terms of charges. If we did a second shot to show the tiger, that would be a second charge.

Ask if the fee structure is not clear.
